Support Workers

All staff are interviewed following a robust recruitment process which ensures we can employ suitably qualified staff with proven years of care experience. Support workers are upskilled to a competent level to carry out the care and clinical tasks needed for each service user. Additional roles and responsibilities are given to experienced staff who adopt a mentoring style support network for new and junior support workers to ensure best practice is implemented across all packages.

All staff are expected to follow Integral Care's code of professional conduct. Our support workers are the foundation of our company as they provide the first line and front line care to the valued People We Support.
